vegan sushi, is a visual delight. The house favorite Harmony Bowl with it's heaping of brown rice,
organic pinto beans, grilled organic tofu, seasonal steamed vegetables, and magnificent sesame
ginger lives up to its name and makes for a very filling meal. Another excellent and hearty choice
is the delicately seasoned nutty and moist Hempnut burger which is served on a toasted whole grain
bun with basil aioli, lettuce tomato red onion grated carrots, grated red cabbage and onion sprouts.
If your palate is more exotic, try the Curried Eggplant Napoleon. This gustatory composition of
eggplant, mushrooms, broccoli and carrots sautéed in an aromatic curry sauce, is layered between
papadam topped with crushed pistachios, drizzled with mango & served with coconut jasmine rice... as
delicious as it is creative.
